Haiti
On Tuesday, January 12th, 2010, the city of Port-Au-Prince, Haiti was hit with a 7.0 (out of 10 on the Rictor scale) earthquake. Thousands of people have been killed and/or not found, and millions left homeless since the first earthquake hit. Since Tuesday, multiple violent after shocks have caused even more damage. When I heard that the damage is 100 times greater than that of Katrina, I was floored. Its not even something I can comprehend. I think it's absolutely devastating, and i think that everybody should do something to help. Every penny counts, so if thats all you can give, give it! Students, bring supplies to your Youth groups and schools. Money isn't the only thing to give!

I definitely agree that it is devastating, and I agree that everyone should try to do something to help, even if it is just volunteering time if you can not afford to give money or other items.

Totally true. This is just as bad, if not worse, as Katrina. And I agree that everyone can give something.
